For the third consecutive quarter, WINDTRE has been awarded the fastest Mobile Network in Italy; both in upload and download speeds. To win the Speedtest Award™, WINDTRE achieved a Speed Score of 50.24, with median download speeds of 37.11 Mbps and median upload speeds of 10.59 Mbps.

WINDTRE’s Austrian cousin, Drei Österreich received the Ookla Speedtest Award™ for the fastest 5G network in Austria. To win this award, Drei achieved a Speed Score of 175.41, with median download speeds of 183.04 Mbps and median upload speeds of 17.57 Mbps. Drei’s Speed Score was a staggering 42 points ahead of their nearest competitor.

These gains are confirmation of WINDTRE and Drei’s superior networks. This recognition also helps strengthen the networks’ commitment to building top quality operations across Europe with the aim of eliminating distances between people.
