Not only has Tre made it to Sweden’s Top 10 annual list of great places to work, it’s also been nominated for the Grand Communication Award in the category of Best Employee Communication, run by Sveriges Kommunikatörer, the Swedish Association of Communication Professionals.
For the ninth year in a row, Tre has made it into the Top 10 of the “Great Place to Work Sverige” annual list. Coming in at Number 8, Tre’s unique work culture includes allowing employees to bring their pets to the office.
Three’s HR Director, Cecilia Eriksson said, “We are proud and happy for the appointment, but at the same time I am not surprised. Tre is a unique workplace filled with passion, pulse and power.”
In addition to four-legged friends being a regular part of office life, Tre recently opened a rodent zone called Gnagis, where employees can bring mice, rats, guinea pigs, hamsters and other companion rodents.
In between animal play, Tre awaits the announcement of the Communications award next month, with some tough competition against fellow nominees Aller Media and Sveriges Radio.
