Three Ireland has received the Gold Standard from the Irish Centre for Diversity for its investment in Diversity and Inclusion (D&I). It’s an award that so far only four other companies in Ireland have achieved.

The Gold award recognises Three’s work in welcoming and valuing diversity in the organisation, and for being inclusive of all.

The Gold Standard is awarded to organisations that clearly show how D&I forms an integral part of their business. Firms are assessed across five pillars: Diverse and Inclusive Leadership; Policies, Procedures and Processes; Recruitment; Retention; and Progression. The Irish Centre for Diversity works in partnership with organisations like Three, to positively influence beliefs, attitudes, behaviour and conduct towards issues surrounding D&I.

Three is immensely proud of the recognition and will continue to make D&I a fundamental part of their workplace culture. Further to this award is confirmation of Three’s superior 5G network. Ireland’s largest telecommunications provider was named the Fastest Mobile Network and Fastest 5G Network in the Speedtest Award™. It was also verified by Ookla® as the Most Consistent 5G Network in Ireland. Results are based on analysis by Ookla of Speedtest Intelligence® data Q3-Q4 2021.
