For the tenth year in a row, Tre has been awarded at Karriärföretagen (Career Company). The award celebrates employers who offer unique career and personal development opportunities for their employees.

The expert panel and jury at Karriärföretagen 2023 cited Tre as a role model in employer branding. “They offer their employees an inspiring company culture, and many exciting career and development opportunities. Tre is a company that gets involved, has a strong sense of communication and is right on time.”

Tre management said, “We are convinced that our culture is the main ingredient in our recipe for success. It’s difficult to describe Tre’s culture to someone who has not yet experienced it. It’s fast, messy, glorious, fun and passionate. We are a company with over 1,600 employees who all have the same common goal – together we will challenge the telecom industry.”

Recently, Tre was also ranked as one of the 50 best workplaces in Sweden’s “Most Attractive Employers 2022” by Universum. A leading employer branding specialist, the Universum survey took place over several months with the participation of 25,000 plus students.

Companies are assessed in terms of how they live up to their expectations in categories such as culture, career opportunities, remuneration and likelihood of recommendation.
